Boot Camp: 45 minutes of High Intensity Training. ANYTHING GOES! We incorporate strength training, speed training, sports training and cardio using a ton of different equipment. Weights, bands, balls, sleds, ladders, body weight. Every class is different so you will never get bored and you will never stall out. We keep you and your body guessing in a fun and fast workout. You'll get you in and out so you can get that body you've always wanted and not spend a ton of time doing it! WARNING! You will get hooked and want to spend all your time with us.
